Liz is very happy to return to Eden Rise in January 2019, a very special place where we have spent many weekends yogaing and meditating.  This will be a new year weekend - earlier than our usual Feb new year weekend as Liz is going travelling mid January to Mid March. 

We hope you can make it to enjoy the magic of Winter at Eden Rise.  

Cost of the retreat is early bird £285 and full price £295.  Early bird is around until 30th Sept - you just need to pay deposit of £85 to secure your place.  

The retreat begins on Fri 4th January from 3pm and finishes at 3pm on Sunday 6th January.  If you would like to arrive a night before or stay longer this can be arranged with the owners of Eden Rise if you let me know and I can find out the fee that is paid directly to Eden Rise.
