Retreat Cancelation Policy.

Cancellation by a consumer: Deposits (50% of full balance) are non-refundable if the customer cancels 6 weekends before the retreat start date. Deposits and Full Balances will be refunded if Liz Dillon / Bermondsey Fayre Yoga has been given notification at least 43 days before retreat start date but will incur a £50 cancellation charge and any other reasonable expense amount incurred as a result of your cancellation. Any balances within 30 days of retreat date can only be considered for refunding if the customers place on the retreat can be filled by another person. Any costs incurred during this process will be deducted from any refunded balance. Transferring to another retreat is at the discretion of Liz Dillon / Bermondsey Fayre Yoga and is looked at on a case by case basis and will depend on the place being filled.

Transfer by a consumer. This is at the discretion of Liz Dillon / Bermondsey Fayre Yoga. Liz Dillon / Bermondsey Fayre Yoga will agree to that person’s booking being transferred to another person who satisfies all the conditions applicable to the retreat, subject to both persons accepting joint and several liability for full payment of the retreat price and Liz Dillon / Bermondsey Fayre Yoga’ reasonable charge for confirming the transfer and any additional costs arising from the transfer. Liz Dillon / Bermondsey Fayre Yoga must be given reasonable notice of the transfer request, which is considered to be at least 14 days prior to the retreat start date.

The deposit is non-refundable If you cancel within 42 days before arrival unless we can re-fill your place (a £50 cancellation charge and any other reasonable expense amount incurred as a result of your cancellation). If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival - we will charge 100% of total cost (unless we can refill a place - a £50 cancellation charge and any other reasonable expense amount incurred as a result of your cancellation.

We will endeavour to fill any places that have been cancelled.

In the unfortunate circumstance that Liz Dillon / Bermondsey Fayre Yoga may have to cancel a retreat, a full refund will be issued.
